2018 Cultures of China Festival of Spring returns to SoCal on February 25th, 2018, at Cal State L.A. Luckman Theatre, in celebration of the auspicious Year of the Dog, and for the first time is held in the Greater Phoenix Area, on February 26th at Virginia G. Piper Theater.
It showcases amazing Chinese folk songs and dancing, traditional instrumental music, graceful Kun Opera, and many more fascinating performances. As a part of the production tradition, the Show continues to screen Spring Festival greetings, a mini video series featuring medley of holiday wishes and profile stories in the community. The LA Spring Show is preceded by our signature community cultural event, Sino Cultural Day, which demonstrates traditional folk crafts, Kung-fu showcase, costume try-on, and more hand-on activities.
